Degree Courses Offered
The English Department currently offers a variety of degree courses in English Literature and Linguistics. Students who matriculated in the Summer Semester of 2006 or before follow the Lizenziat programme. As from the Autumn Semester 2006, all new students are enrolled in the B.A. programme. BA graduates may matriculate in the M.A. programme, which began in the autumn of 2008.

Plagiarism
The English Department supports the University policy on plagiarism. Therefore, in proven cases of plagiarism, the requirements of the respective course are considered not fulfilled. In addition, a disciplinary process may be initiated. Students are advised to consult the information sheet on the University policy on plagiarism, available from the Sekretariat.
