1. Upgrading Bachelor Degrees: First Minor to Major

Important Note

(a) First Minor in Linguistics, Upgrading to Major

* Students with a degree other than UZH: If equivalent modules have been completed as part of the original degree, then this may be replaced. This will be assessed on a sur-dossier basis by the advisor of studies.

(b) First Minor in Literature, Upgrading to Major

(a) First Minor in Linguistics, Upgrading to Major

A total of 15 credit points needs to be completed, including at least one Research Seminar with paper in either Literature or Linguistics (9 CP). The remaining 6 CP can be chosen freely from Master modules in English Literature, English Linguistics, or Language Skills and Culture.

4. Upgrading Master Degrees: Second Minor to First Minor
