Conference Dinner

The SEM XXV Conference Dinner takes place on 24 October 2025, from 7 pm at Zunfthaus Linde Oberstrass.

The dinner includes the following three courses:

• Mixed leaf salad with roasted seeds
• Veal meatloaf, creamy mushroom sauce, mashed potatoes, peas, carrots
  OR
  Spicy coconut vegetable curry, rice ring (vegan)
• Sweet cider cream, caramelised apples (vegan)

Meat option: CHF 54.- / Vegan option: CHF 48.-

Water (still / sparkling) is included with the dinner; participants need to pay for any other drinks.

Note that the dinner is free for all presenters.
