April 14, 21 & 28: The Chaucer Marathon is back!
The HotEL (History of the English Language) team is organizing a Chaucer marathon on the last three Tuesdays in April. We will gather for a group reading of Chaucer in Room KOL-F-104 (Rämistrasse 71 in Zürich), from 11:00 to 12:00. Please mark your calendars and prepare your voices (and perhaps your best courtly endurance)! Everyone is welcome!
The program is as follows:
- Tuesday, April 14, 2026: "The Franklin’s Tale"
- Tuesday, April, 21, 2026: "The Shipman’s Tale" and "The Man of Law’s Tale"
- Tuesday, April 28, 2026: "The Pardoner’s Tale"
We will be using The Riverside Chaucer (3rd edition).
