Guest lecture: "Necropolitics of the Algorithm: AI, War, and Environmental Life" on May 12, 2026
Professor Katharina Gerund is delighted to announce a guest lecture by Professor Robert Marzec (Purdue University), entitled "Necropolitics of the Algorithm: AI, War, and Environmental Life," which will be followed by a response from Professor Michael Boyden (University of Fribourg). The lecture will take place in Room KOL-E-13 ("Senatszimmer" at Rämistrasse 71 in Zürich) on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, and will begin at 10:15. The event is part of the Culture Club lecture series organized within the context of the Cultural Analysis study program.
