As part of Professor Barbara Straumann's research seminar "The Female Gothic," Professor Julia Straub (Université de Fribourg) will give a talk entitled “When Gods Descend: Vernon Lee’s ‘Dionea’ and Late Victorian Gothic.” The guest lecture will take place in Room SOE-F-1 (Schönberggasse 11 in Zürich) on Wednesday, October 29th, from 2 to 4 pm.
