Sample Timetables Track "English Literature Only": Full-Time Students
Disclaimer: The applicable legal regulations can be found in the framework ordinance (Rahmenverordnung) and the program regulation (Studienordnung) for the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. Full-Time Students: Two Examples
Important: It is not mandatory to complete one's studies in four semesters. (Students with additional requirements, i.e. 'Auflagen,' will almost certainly need five or more semesters to complete their studies.)
Note: None of these sample timetables are binding; they are intended as examples or 'templates.'
Sample Timetable for Full-Time Students (Example 1)
- Students can start their studies either in the fall or in the spring semester.
- In the case of two-semester modules, the total number of ECTS points is 'spread out' over two semesters.
- In principle, it is possible to go abroad at any point. However, the final semester is not ideal for a stay abroad. Please consult the Stay Abroad section of the UZH English Department website for more details.
